I remember one time – and does not seem so long – voicemail when it was fashionable. There was no email, so people tend to honor and even return messages voicemail. It was a good time …

Golden Rule # 2 – Use a script.

Have you noticed in the example voicemail to the part about "We work with many other companies in your area? People want to work, and I felt comfortable working with people who understand your business. If you have experience in solving problems with another company, then their perspective is going to want the same solution too.
Everyone wants to work with successful companies, and if other companies do you use, they think have to do something right.
Golden Rule # 5 – Never, never let more than two messages.
After leaving his first message, wait at least a week before leaving for a second. And if that is not returned, pass.
