business tax software for llc
From a fiscal perspective, I will choose an LLC or a sole proprietorship for the following?
I am looking to start a business services Computing in South Carolina, and I'm on the fence between the choice of an LLC in a single property. What would be the best of a tax standpoint? I'll start to work for me, but on employees. This business is my only source of income, and greater advertising costs (~ $ 2,000 – $ 10,000) and purchases software ($ 1,000). The company should generate about $ 50k crude first year. First, work with owners of personal computers, but I would like public service extended to other one Once the company has acquired a reputation. If I go over important details, please ask and I'll add. Thanks!
In fiscal standpoint, what matters 2 cents. An LLC is an entity into account. You want to send the same report or another, and the collection of taxes would be the same. A LLC protects your personal assets and liabilities of the company, that's all. Unless you are at risk and is likely still a good liability insurance policy calendar will be cheaper than the costs associated with establishing and maintaining limited liability company. You do not need to be organized as an LLC to obtain a EIN. You will need an EIN if you have employees, but can get one as a sole proprietor. (And you can get one instead of using your social security number, even if you have no employees.)
